Payment Options: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal payments. Paypal handles and processes the payments through their secure site, but you do not have to have a Paypal account- you can use any of those credit cards.
Shipping: On final checkout, you can choose economy shipping (regular USPS), Priority shipping (usually 2-3 days) and Express shipping (1-2 business days). Most orders ship is 24 hours. We attempt to get your order out just as soon as possible - please send a special message or email if you have an unusual situation. We always try to help.
If what you ordered is out of stock, an email will be sent to you with an estimate of the time it will take to get your piece ready to ship.
Silver and silver plated jewelry will tarnish with time and wear. We like Wright's silver polish and a soft cloth to bring back the original luster and shine.
We will refund or repair any item that is received with missing or defective pieces. Please email us immediately so that it can be corrected as soon as possible. Ann's Adornments cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. We use USPS tracking to track our packages.
