Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer the option of using Paypal to buy your handmade glass jewelry. Paypal handles and processes the payments through their secure site, but you do not need to have a Paypal account. Simply use one of the aforementioned credit cards and the rest will be taken care of.
Shipping: Upon final checkout, you can choose economy shipping (regular United States Postal Service shipping), Priority shipping (usually 2 to 3 business days) or Express shipping (1 to 2 business days). We will do our best to get your order in the mail as soon as possible. Please send a special message or email if you have an unusual situation. We will always try and cater to your needs.
If the beaded fashion jewelry you ordered is out of stock, an email will be sent to you with an estimate of the time it will take to get your piece ready to ship.
We will refund or repair any item that is received with missing, broken, or defective pieces. Please email us immediately so that it can be corrected as soon as possible. Ann's Adornments is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the item shipped.
Our designers LOVE to make pieces to fit your wardrobe and lifestyle. Custom orders are more than welcomed- simply email us your needs and we will design a piece to your specification, length, color, etc.
